Since I started working on PersonaFi full-time, I’ve been excited for the product to get to a point so that I can focus on building the best customer experience from scratch. After the chance to be Head of Customer Experience at CoachNow, I’ve loved the startup culture. Working at a seed-stage startup has its benefits, but you must wear numerous hats and change daily. Being the COO, I’ve had the opportunity to develop new sales, marketing, and product management skills. With the help of the XCo accelerator program and my learned knowledge from completing ThePowerMBA, I feel confident and excited to build a close relationship with the PersonaFi users and make it the best fintech product on the market.
