Last year was a crazy one for the PersonaFi team. Thanks to many supportive users, it felt like a roller-coaster, but the year ended at a high point. So many milestones were met, only to be replaced with bigger ones. We just announced the launch of PersonaFi+, an in-app premium feature that will allow our growing list of creators to reach a larger audience and monetize their content.

Since working on PersonaFi full-time, I’ve been excited for the product to get to where I can focus on building the best customer experience from scratch. Now that the app has launched on iOS and Android, I am excited because I am passionate about the CX side of the saas business. I learned a lot of strategies and methods from working at TrackMan and CoachNow. Having the opportunity to build from 0 and coach others keeps me up until 2 in the morning!

After the chance to be Head of Customer Experience at CoachNow, I loved the startup culture. Working at a seed-stage startup has benefits, but you must wear numerous hats and change daily. Being the COO, I’ve had the opportunity to develop new sales, marketing, and product management skills. With the help of the CXO accelerator program and my learned knowledge from completing ThePowerMBA, I feel confident and excited to build a close relationship with the PersonaFi users and make it the best fintech product on the market.
